Synopsis: Learning to adapt to the mind-numbing changes at work and in life requires experimentation – trial and error! True success in life is not a static result but a dynamic, balanced approach to living with constant change and the ebb and flow of all the different aspects of life. What’s called for is the devel-opment of inner resources that provides the energy and motivation needed to stay fully engaged during the ups and downs of life. In this keynote presentation Kathy will share powerful stories and proven models that reveal profound truths for developing inner strength and a healthy mindset in changing times.
With degrees in psychology and counseling, and a private coaching practice, Kathy speaks with clarity about the vital role that our thoughts, emotions and mindset play in determining our professional and personal success. http://ncompass-consulting.com/wordpress/
