4.1 Open education resources (OER)
OER (lesson plans, syllabi, instructional modules, presentations, demonstrations, etc.) for 14 new courses will be developed and posted on the project website in freely available for use, reuse, adaptation, and sharing

Database of test issues on the core modules of curricula and system of on-line testing for training and for the control of the level of preparation can be used for intermediate exams and final exam.

Moodle that is the acronym for
Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment
it's an online Learning Management System (LMS) under GNU GPL licence.
Basic Requirements
- You will need a working web server (e.g. Apache), a database (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL) and have PHP configured.
- Moodle operates in Unix, Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, Netware and in any other operating system that supports PHP.
- Moodle easily updated from version to version, it is well organized security system (version 3.2.1+ now available).
-If you want Moodle to send email (you probably do) you need a working Sendmail (Unix/Linux) on your server or access to an SMTP mail server.
It runs on almost all platform, supporting a lot of useful function and customization, thanks to his modular structure.

Teachers can do almost anything within a course, including adding or changing the activities and grading students. By default, teachers can also assign a Non-editing teacher role and a Student role to other users.
Student can participate in course activities and view resources but not alter them or see the class gradebook. They can see their own grades if the teacher has allowed this.
Non-editing teacher is able within a course to view and grade students' work but may not alter or delete any of the activities or resources.
Site administrators have permissions to do anything.
Guest has minimal rights review of some elements of the course.
Course creator can create a course, teach and edit the course content and course settings and enrol other users. Creator can also assign a Teachers, a Non-editing teacher role and a Student role to other users.

A Resource is an item that a teacher can use to support learning, such as a file or link. Moodle supports a range of resource types which teachers can add to their courses:
Teachers added all activity and resources to their course on their own. In edit mode, a teacher can add resources via the 'Add an activity or resource' link. Resources appear as a single link with an icon in front of it that represents the type of resource.
