World Cities Promotion (January-June 2018)

The Reward

The 3 team builders with the highest team building score (see below for explanation) will be able to choose either a world city to explore for 7 days with Peter and Karen OR a $3,000 travel OR EFTPOS voucher. The value of the world city trip will be approximately $6,000 per person.

At least 2 of the 3 highest team builders must choose the world city trip for it to go ahead. If 2 choose the voucher, the other will also receive the voucher. This choice does not need to be made until the tour destination and dates are agreed.

If 2 or 3 of the 3 highest team builders choose the trip, they will together choose 3 cities they would most like to visit, and select a date range to travel, between and including September to December 2018. Kaszazz will either select one of the cities, or ask the 2 or 3 to generate another list of 3 different cities. No list will be rejected if it contains a city with population of at least 1 million that is not in a country rated “reconsider your need to travel” or “do not travel” by the Australian Government’s Smart Traveller website.

If only 2 qualifying team builders achieve a “team building score” (see below), they will need to decide if both travel or both receive vouchers.

If only 1 qualifying team builder achieves a “team building score” (see below), they will have to take one of the voucher options.

Consultants are welcome to bring their partner or friend, at a package cost which will be advised by Kaszazz after the destination has been decided and which must be fully paid at least 4 weeks prior to departure. The partner or friend must not be a Kaszazz consultant.

Consultants will be able to extend their stay if they wish.

Two days will be “free” days for consultants to do as they wish.

Expenses covered by Kaszazz are:

o Return economy airfares from your nominated Australian capital city and airport taxes if applicable.

o 7 nights share accommodation

o Daily breakfast

o 5 Days: lunch and dinner

o All drinks at meals and programmed stops up to a maximum of A$50 daily

o Tours as decided upon.

Expenses not covered by Kaszazz are:

o Transfer to and from your nominated capital city

o Passport expenses

o Travel insurance

o Vaccinations if required

o Meals (other than breakfast), drinks and tours on 2 nominated “free” days.

o Any costs incurred by trip extension arrangements

o Costs associated with any accompanying partner or friend.

Registration

Consultants who wish to participate in this promotion will need to register with Kaszazz on or before Wednesday February 28 2018. By registering, you are agreeing to pay a $20 registration fee which will be charged to your next order. This registration fee will also register you to join the CCG (qualifying criteria apply – see CGM27). Register by sending an email to michael.stock@kaszazz.com.

New Consultants

Consultants who join Kaszazz during the promotion period will be welcome to register for this promotion if they wish.

Additional Qualification Criteria

In order to qualify as one of the top 3 team builders you will need to ensure:

You are a Team Leader or higher (at least two consultants in your level 1) by June 30 2018. You have achieved at least $6,000 in personal sales between and including January and June

2018. Consultants who had more than $6,000 in team sales in January to June 2017 and have left, or

leave, Kaszazz and then re-join are not eligible for this promotion.

Team Building Score

Below is a technical explanation about how we use your January to June 2017 Team Sales to determine your January to June 2018 team sales growth target, and how we calculate your team building score.

Using real sales data from successful team building consultants, the formulas below create a “level playing field” so that each consultant with over $6,000 team sales in January to June 2017 has equal opportunity to qualify for this promotion!

Here is how our calculator works:

Each registering consultant will be provided with a team growth target (%) (TGT) and corresponding team sales target($) (TST), calculated as follows where TSLY (Team Sales Last Year) is the consultant’s Jan-Jun 2017 Team Sales:

o For consultants with TSLY at least $6K the team growth target (TGT%) is: TGT%=10^(-0.9807*LOG10(TSLY)+ 5.8814)/100 and the team sales target (TST) is: TST = TSLY+ (TSLY x TGT%)

o Consultants with TSLY less than $6K will have a TGT% of: TGT% =10^(-0.9807*LOG10(6,000)+ 5.8814)/100= 150% but their TST is: TST = 6,000 + (6,000 x 150%) = $15,001.57

All consultants who registered, meet the additional qualification criteria (above) and reached their TST will have a Team Building Score calculated as follows: TBS =100 x {log10(AG%x100)-log10(TGT%x100)} Where AG% is the actual growth achieved. For consultants with TSLY at least $6K, AG% is calculated as follows where ATS is Actual Team Sales for Jan-Jun 2018: AG% = (ATS-TSLY)/TSLY But for consultants with TSLY less than $6K, AG% is calculated using this formula: AG% = (ATS-6,000)/6,000
