6. Another important ‘’best practice’’ is to collaborate with the Ceremonial Office and the Rector Secretary, that may contribute to the better development of the international initiatives including the aspects of welcoming and care of the international delegations.

It’s important to determine the right welcoming procedures, considering each different origin country of the delegations and the culture, the traditions and religions.
