i. Country that have nuclear weapon:

- Urge every single country to ratify NPT

- Urge every country with nuclear weapons to reduce their nuclear weapons

- Ask IAEA to monitor country’s activities and its regulation

ii. nuclear terrorism

-convert highly enrich uranium to low enrich uranium for the purpose to prevent

terrorists make nuclear weapons even if they get the material. We should convert it to the

level where terrorist cannot enrich it back into nuclear weapon.

- increase security in nuclear facilities

b. Waste management

- classify the waste based on the periode of time and give different treatment regarding the

classification

c. Regulation

- the regulation of IAEA should contain the idea of safety, safeguard and liability in every

nuclear power plant.

- increasing research and development based on regulation
