We have over eight years’ experience of partnering with the Further and Higher Education sector to support the education of full time learners through employer engagement.
By leveraging over 18,200 volunteer hours from relevant employers, we have provided over 22,000 students with real opportunities to develop their career aspirations

The experienced Business Engagement team
• Will research and identify suitable businesses to fit College requirements
• Will engage relevant business advisors from our community of 2,500 volunteers
• Will work with businesses to create live briefs for learners
• Will recruit teams of business mentors for workplace consultations
A dedicated Services Co-ordinator
• Will co-ordinate College requirements
• Will support College staff throughout the programme
• Will introduce students to each service and guide them through the process
• Will co-ordinate business and College relationships
• Will facilitate and track resulting job or apprenticeship opportunities
Brilliant Professional Facilitators
• Will facilitate the Business Challenge and Job Readiness events
• Will support business volunteers through the events
A fantastic PR and Marketing team
• Will promote business and College engagement externally
• Will provide promotional material for the College
• Will co-ordinate and create suitable media content including video

• Will provide web-based individual learner applications to view videos and post CV’s
