1. Annual Open Meeting Law Training. Lyn Creswell, City Attorney, gave a presentation to the City Council. A copy of this presentation is attached and incorporated by this reference.

2. Budget Discussion. The Council Members each gave their matrix to Council Chair Jones. It was compiled. A copy of this list is attached an incorporated by this reference. Council Chair Jones requested that all budget questions are given to the Mayor first so that the department heads aren't getting the same question from seven different people.
