Woodbridge Campus Business Office helps to uphold the overall mission of the college by
providing financial and administrative support services to the college community in a timely,
effective and professional manner.
They are happy to answer any questions you may have about property control and
distribution, fees, NOVACard, parking, tuition assistance for employees and financial holds.
The Business office is located in WC Building on the 2nd floor in Room WC 231A
Hours of operation are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.;
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Faculty ParkingFaculty ParkingFaculty members are provided two “A” permits free of charge.
Vehicles with “A” permits are allowed to park in either “A” or “B” lots.
Annandale Campus has C lots as well for Faculty and Staff members.

Faculty/Staff parking is in “A” lots. An “A” permit is
required.
Permits are non-transferable to any other car.
In case unavailability of car due to repair or other
circumstances, temporary permits are issued from Parking
Office.
Permits can not be used as payment at meters.
Permits must be clearly displayed on the rear of the
vehicle on the driver’s side.

Parking citations may be paid or appealed online or at the Parking Office.
Parking citations may be appealed online or at the Parking Office within 15 calendar days of issue.
Fines must be paid within 30 calendar days from date of issue or an additional $10 late fee
will be added to the original fine.
Visitor ParkingVisitor Parking
Visitor parking is available in Meter Lot only.
When no metered parking space is available, a day parking permit can be purchased from Parking Office located in WC Building 1st floor Room . 126.
Day permits are available at the cost of $6.00 and are valid for B Lots only.
In case of parking at broken meter, please visit Parking Services Office or call at 703-878-5859 or 703-878-5815.

Hourly parking for visitors is available at the Meter Lot. Hourly
rate for Meter Lot is $0.75 per hour
Parking at broken meters is prohibited.
What is a NOVACard?What is a NOVACard?Nova card can be used to:
-Check out books at the campus library.
-Access the on-campus Fitness Center.
-used as a debit card at the on-campus cafeteria, at certain vending machines, and at copy machines.
Money can be deposited onto the card at NOVACard deposit machines or at the Parking Office.
NOVA Card deposit machines are located in the Library on the 4th floor and beside the Parking Office on 1st floor.
How Do I Get One?How Do I Get One?Getting a NOVACard is easy!
NOVACards are issued by the NOVACard office located in the same office as Parking Office
which WC – 126 on the first floor near cafeteria.
Simply show a valid government-issued photo ID. You must have been registered in college
systems by HR. They are free of charge.
There is a $10 fee for replacing lost or mutilated cards.
