The 2nd Amendment protects our right to ANY weapon we want!

Pro-gun rights say: We say:

These people will get assault weapons if they really want to no matter what!

The 2nd Amendment doesn’t clearly define arms. When it was written the most sophisticated weapon was a musket. The 2nd Amendment needs to be updated just as arms have updated.

This is probably true, someone intent on hurting others will find a way, but why not make it harder for them? Any life saved is worth giving up assault weapons.

We don’t want to ban all guns, just the ones that can take
