The League Rules can be found at the AYFCL website along
with other useful information, such as FAQ’s like this:
Q:Who officiates AYFCL games ?
A:The Rochester Chapter of Certified Football Officials (RCCFO) has a membership of roughly 150 referees; those referees officiate games for 9 high school leagues plus the
AYFCL and a few other youth leagues.

Our Cheer Head Coaches and Leadership team will
be attending "Cheerleading Coaches Clinic" this Sat-urday. As the season approaches, the coaches want
to raise the bar by bringing your girls new ideas per-taining to safety, stunting, tumbling and condition-
ing. Our coaches can't wait to motivate and inspire our teams this season. Thank you coaches for being
so dedicated to our cheer program!

Notes from our New Medical Director
DeltaSonic Fundraiser has Now Ended DeltaSonic Tickets that were ordered
and paid for by 5/10 will be ready
for pick up at the Car Wash on June
8th, located at UNO’s on Holt Rd.
Little Warrior Camp will be July 8-11 from 9:30AM-12:00PM
Thomas Titan Youth Camp will be July 22- 25 from 6:00-8:00PM
FOOTBALL CAMPS
Warrior Camp will be July 15-18 from 5:00-9:00PM
Thomas Titan Camp will be July 23- 26 , 12:30-4:30PM

We are getting our corporate sponsorship process going! Anybody interested, or anybody that knows a possible
sponsor, please take a look at our sponsorship packages on our website, or simply email us a contact person
and we will give them a call with all the information!
The DeltaSonic Fundraiser ended May 10TH. After that end date, only the
buyout is allowed. Those who have chosen not to participate in the fundrais-
er will now be responsible for the buyout fee.

young athletes to remind them of safe
practices, as they play any sports
throughout the year:
Drink WATER WATER WATER!
Caffeinated Drinks are a NO go.
STRETCH to prevent injury!
RESTORE with proteins after.
When in doubt sit them out... no long-term injury is worth short-term play time....
And, of course, Have Fun !!

Uno’s, times will be assigned by teams, Deltasonic Tickets will
be handed out for orders submitted by May 10th
6/7/2013-6/9/2013, Friday thru Sunday, Uno's Dough Raiser,
WJW-WJT will receive a portion of Uno sales when WJW
coupon is presented to server.
JULY
7/11/2013, Thursday Evening, Webster Parade
7/15/2013-7/16/2013, Equipment Handout, Evening, time as-
signed by team, – WSA Indoor Soccer Field

AUGUST
8/5/2013, M/T/W/TH, 1st full week practice begins first Mon-
day in August, Tackle Football & Cheer practice** begins M/
T/W/TH -Spry Middle School, Cheer, 6:00-8:00PM,
Tackle,6:00-8:30PM, Tackle, first week, 10hrs minimum of
conditioning, no contact, helmet only,
**Practice attendance is important for all teams and squads all
season, plan accordingly. Unexcused absences may result
in reduced playing time and/ or non-participation in
games, or removal from the roster.
8/12/2013, 2nd week: Cheer moves indoors to WSA on Publish-
ers Parkway; Tackle can wear full equipment and begin con-
tact IF 10hrs of conditioning is complete
8/13/2013, Tuesday of 2nd Week (Flag): Flag Football Practice
begins, T/W/TH, 6:30-7:45PM at Spry Middle School, Flag

TBD in August: Mandatory AYFCL Certification* Tackle and Cheer
(not flag) participants must be present. Time and day will
be announced via email and on website. *If your child is
not present, certification cannot be completed and your
child will NOT be able to participate in games during the
season.
Please note: Schedules will be released by AYFCL in mid to late
August. Often a preliminary schedule is sent first that is NOT
final and NOT correct. As soon as Webster receives the final
schedule, it will be posted on the web and announced to all.
