•Video Clip 1 (2.08 Meg bytes) waterjet piercing 8 mm glass: in this video, you will see the nozzle moves to the location of piercing first, then the high pressure water/garnet stream comes. Before the piercing goes through the glass, there is reflection of the stream. Once the piercing cut through, the stream goes straight down to the water tank below and no refection any more. Video Clip 2 (3.47 Meg Bytes) waterjet cutting bicycle in 8 mm thick glass: in this video, after the piercing in video 1, it goes on to cut a bicycle model out of the glass. Video Clip 3 (2.32 Meg Bytes) waterjet cutting software simulation: in this video, you will see the screan shot of software simulation of cutting the bicycle. Video Clip 4 (20.1 Meg Bytes) waterjet cutting a 6 inch circle in a 10mm (5/8") thick Stainless steel sheet: in this video you will have a very close view of the ultrasonic water-abrasive stream in cutting action. Video Clip 5 (6.06 Meg Bytes) waterjet high pressure pump: in this video you will see the high pressure pump in action, the intensifier goes back & forth as the shift valve changes the direction of the hydraulic fluid. The pressure meter showes the pressure reaches 55kpsi (380Mpa), and you hear the pump shifts in a pleasant melody.
