2) The undersigned state that they hereby beg to withdraw their

appearance from the above matter in accordance with Rule

16 of the Labour Courts (Practice and Procedure) Rules, 1975

for the reasons as stated more particularly in their e-mail

dated 26.07.2014, which is annexed herewith as “Annexure
