The Botil Model ‘BHE’ Wire line –retrievable surface controlled subsurfacesafety valve is a flapper type selfequalizing safety valve, and is availablein 5,000 to 10,000 psi working pressurevariants. The safety valve is equippedwith BRQ lock, which provides positivelocation while installation. The BRQ lockis also suitable for high pressureapplication.

system ensure design andmanufacturing integrity.

The number of pressureseals/potential leak paths isminimized.

The number of connection isminimized.

The non-elastomeric seal on theO.D of Lock Mandrel and SafetyValve can withstand hightemperature and pressure. Theseals are also resistive toabrasion.

The flapper has primary metal tometal seal mountedeccentrically whichprovides large bore.

An Otis Type XN RN, Landing Nippleprofile is featured in the Dummyvalve/Separation Sleeve and polishedpack-off area to install blanking plug toplug production tubing.
