– Flapper closes when polished rod breaks and falls below the valve

– Strict quality control and high-strength materials create the best couplings in the oil patch

Harbison-Fischer Couplings are manufactured to Harbison-Fischer design standards and ISO quality procedures and API specifications. They are available in all sucker-rod sizes in slim-hole and full-size diameters.
Harbison-Fischer Class T Sucker-Rod Couplings have a hardness of HRC 16-23 and are recommended for mildly-corrosive and mildly- abrasive pumping conditions.
Harbison-Fischer Tuffr® Couplings conform to API SM sucker-rod coupling specifications. The sprayed-metal surface hardness is HRC 58-62 and is ground smooth. Harbison-Fischer Tuffr® Sucker-Rod Couplings are recommended for corrosive and abrasive pumping conditions.

All rods are manufactured to exceed API specifications.
piston Steel polished Rods are made from cold-drawn 1045 carbon steel with a minimum tensile strength of 100,000 psi. They are recommended for moderate to heavy loads when abrasion and corrosion are not factors.
nickel Moly polished Rods are machined from cold-drawn 4320 Nickel alloy steel with a minimum tensile strength of 100,000 psi. They are recommended for moderate to heavy loads under mildly corrosive conditions when abrasion is not a factor.
Tuffr® polished Rods are made from 1045 piston steel with a minimum tensile strength of 100,000 psi and a hard (HRC 48-52) sprayed-metal surface applied to the outside diameter. The length of the sprayed-metal surface is matched to the stroke length. They are recommended for abrasive and corrosive conditions under moderate to heavy loads.
Stainless Steel polished Rods are made from type 304 stainless steel with a minimum tensile strength of 75,000 psi. They are recommended for moderate loads under all corrosive conditions when abrasion is not a factor.

Model 25– Easy-to-handle, rugged, single-bolt design for up
to 25,000 pounds loading
The Model 25 Polished-Rod Clamp is a one-bolt, rugged-design clamp for intermediate depth wells. It is rated to 25,000 pounds maximum working load.
Model 40– Simple, one-piece design with two large bolts
– Holds the polished rod in the deepest wells, up to 40,000 pounds load
The Model 40 Polished-Rod Clamp is a rugged, one-piece-design clamp with two large bolts for tightening the clamp to the rod. It is intended for use in deep wells and is rated for 40,000 pounds maximum working load.
Model 13– Economical design for shallow wells.
– Up to 13,000 pounds working load
The Model 13 Polished-Rod Clamp is a one-bolt clamp designed for shallow wells with less than 13,000 pounds maximum working load.

The Harbison-Fischer Polished Rod Liner and integral pack-off assembly is a one-piece unit that is economical and efficient. It installs over the polished rod and provides a hard, smooth, sprayed-metal wearing surface.

Tough pumping conditions, such as downstroke friction or fast pumping speeds, can cause valve-rod or pull-tube breakage.
The Harbison-Fischer collet fittings provide a longer length of support for the valve rod or pull tube, which lessens the bending stress applied to the critical thread area of the rod or tube.

– Holds the pressure during testing and automatically releases the pressure when the fishing neck latch is pulled upward by wire line or sucker rods
The Harbison-Fischer Tubing-Test Valve is designed to be dropped into the tubing or lowered on a wire line to seat in a seating nipple for tubing-testing operations. It provides a positive check-valve seal that can release the pressure before unseating by pulling upward on the fishing neck latch at the top of the tool. It can be attached to any standard hold-down seal assembly.

– Facilitates hanging the sucker-rod string in the tubing with greater safety than homemade devices

For certain operations where the sucker-rod pump is unseated and the rod string is hung in the tubing, the Harbison-Fischer Hang-off Tool (HOT) improves the safety of this procedure and provides a simple, effective method of sealing the tubing. The solid steel HOT tool has a built-in lifting sub for lifting the rod string. It is available in all popular tubing and sucker-rod sizes.
