Employee Spotlight: Mike EvangelistaMeet Mike, one of our Comfort Advisors! Mike has been in the HVAC industry for 8 years, and with our company for 2. Previously, he filmed outdoor television and spent 15 years in the manufacturing field. Mike was born and raised in Hamburg. He currently lives with his 3 sons and his German Short Haired Pointer. We recently installed new heating and cooling systems for 96 apartments units at Country Walk Apartments, located in Camp Hill, PA. The new, high-efficiency systems installed consist of ENERGY STAR qualified natural gas water heaters that provide hot water for both domestic hot water and space heating needs. The air conditioning system is a 14 SEER unit. The combination of this equipment will reduce the residence’s energy consumption, saving them money on utility bills. At the same time they will be reducing their carbon footprint to make their community greener.

Method: > Preheat oven to 275•F> Heat the oil in a large dutch oven over

medium heat> Pat the stew meat dry with paper towels and

brown in the dutch oven, stirring until all sides are beginning to brown

> Add the carrots, celery, poatoes, and tomatoes with liquid to the oven> In a medium bowl, whisk together the French

Onion soup, tapioca, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and meat

> Give the mixture a quick toss, cover and put in oven on the lowest rack

> Cook for 4 hours at 275•F or 5 hours at 250•F for even more tender meat> Let cool for 10 minutes and serve

Do you have your thermostat set at 72 degrees but it still feels like you’re freezing in your house all winter long? The problem may not be your heater, but the lack of humidity in your home.
