How wonderful it was to see so many of our smiling students back at Winterfold this week. There has been much chatter and laughter throughout our classrooms, as students and staff have caught up with what has been happening in their lives. And then it was back to work! Again, may we pass on a collective thank you from all of our staff, to all of our parent community, for their strong support of our school and the kids over the past weeks. Our attendance rate has been around 80%, and a few parents have contacted us to advise that their students will be back at school on Monday, 11 May. Thanks also to everyone, for what seems to be very smooth drop offs and pick ups so far. We appreciate your cooperation in following our procedures, and parent feedback is, that given the difficult circumstances, our system seems to be working. Lastly, if your child has returned the whiteboard sent home in the Welcome Packs last term, thank you. For those who are yet to return their whiteboards please do so as soon as possible to your classroom teacher. Cheers, The Admin Team WINTERFOLD WORDS Kindy Students Our kindy students are happy to be back at Winterfold and enjoyed doing their morning floor activity to start their day.
