ERNST &YOUNGOff-SiteE&Y wanted a different approach to it’s normally dry quarterly town-hall of one of it’s divisions. Reflecting the culture and personality of the division’s MD, we created a South African-themed summer event at a quirky venue in Truman Brewery. Following a bespoke conference, we managed an afternoon of exciting team-building activities. We also enlisted specialist South African caterers for a sumptuous Braai, before a renowned Shoreditch DJ managed the mood during the evening. Post-event feedback from 80% of attendees rated the event as Significantly Exceeding expectations.

Thanks so much for the great organisation and making it a successful event. We have had good feedback and everyone enjoyed it tremendously!

DANONEAway DayWith the Water division requiring an alternative way to deliver information following an acquisition of an Italian firm, we set about creating a unique, fun, and interactive event experience.

We collaborated with the client and agreed an Italian-themed experience. We sourced a suitable venue for the large numbers, produced a bespoke live meeting, for 100, then delivered a teams-based Pizza-Making Workshop with competitions, prizes, and presentations of quarterly incentives.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your efforts yesterday – the event was a huge success and there’s been a real buzz about it in the office today. Our ‘best event yet someone’ said to me earlier!! Your team did a great job and you yourself definitely went the extra mile. We’ll definitely be in touch about future events.

McDONALDSReward & Recognition As part of a global reward & recognition programme tying in with the London Olympics, we worked with the client & agency Kempster to produce a 6 week multi-event programme for 1000s of international staff from around the world.

We produced an interactive evening event programme fostering maximum networking to celebrate the arrival of attendees from each geography. Called ‘Celebrate’, we produced in the hotel a quintessentially English-themed party with an English garden bar & Pimm’s tent, garden games, & top DJ. A professional compare provided commentary as themed staff hosted tournaments for guests with prizes, presentations, & a photo booth linked to social media.

Thank you so much for all the hard work over the past few months. The client has been blown away by the effort and dedication of your team! Well done!

ACCENTURERecruitment & Networking

Accenture market to and recruit 1000s of interns and graduates each year within an extremely competitive marketplace for the brightest university talent. To improve the networking and engagement component, we helped devise a quarterly strategy to increase both candidate acceptance levels and feedback scores.

We produced and delivered a tailored multi-event agenda across 3 cities for 1000s of attendees throughout the year. The focus was on interactivity, fun and something different. Bespoke activities including Pizza Pilgrimage, Bare-Foot Bowls, & Spy & Espionage training.

Satisfaction scores for social engagement dramatically increased to 90%, up from 65% the year before.

We cannot thank you and your team enough for the fantastic creative and professional delivery of our graduate recruitment engagement programme!

PUMAProduct LaunchPUMA’s award-winning global campaign, ‘AFTER HOURS ATHLETES’, targeted consumers who like the alternative nightlife. Where it isn’t about winning in ping-pong or darts, but about getting the phone number at the end of the night. PUMA’s digital agency VICE required an experiential events partner to work in collaboration and manage and produce the UK launch events.

In London and Manchester, we produced events requiring venue sourcing and management, brand ambassadors, activities, athletes, and DJs. We branded equipment, and ran competitions with PUMA prizes, including an attendee trick-show challenge integrating guests into social media. Full photo and videography captured content for the client digital content teams around the world.

Results? Sold-out events with 1000 attendees. 100s of pictures uploaded to Facebook. Brilliant content to support a global online campaign.

What can I say? Yet again, you guys smashed it.

TSINGTAOBEERProduct LaunchTsingtao required a fresh marketing and sales approach in the UK to energise existing on-trade channels, as well as enabling the development of new ones. Client agency Mojofuel approached us to develop concepts and branded applications that could be delivered flexibly as required. This application is still ongoing in 2013.

The main application we produced was the ‘Tsingtao Dragon Lounge’ which we tested in London before delivering in multiple UK cities. Services included Event Management requiring venue sourcing, logistics, branded equipment, staffing, Olympic athletes, and full photo/videography.

Fantastic work. Client is chuffed as usual. You guys really know how to deliver.

DELOITTESummer Party & Team BuildingAfter a period of rapid expansion and large client wins for a division of Deloitte, there was an imperative for a celebratory event to congratulate and welcome new hires. Plus, a spot of social team-building to better integrate teams.

We produced a summer party in Hyde Park, complete with one of the best specialist South African Braai & BBQ caterers in London. A Pimm’s Fountain kept guests happy, and bare-foot lawn bowls was the activity of choice, complete with a teams tournament, along with croquet, boules, and giant games. Entertainment was provided by a brilliant jazz and soul pianist in a white marquee within the beautiful Hyde Park surrounds, overlooking the Serpentine Lake.

I was very impressed with how quickly you were able to set this up – it ticked all the boxes in terms of an interactive, inclusive and fun event. I won’t hesitate to recommend to other colleagues and friends.

SPORTRELIEFCharity EventWith over 20,000 spectators typically attending the Sainsbury’s Run-For-A-Mile in St James Park, prior event feedback showed the critical need for better entertainment. Sport Relief approached us for ideas on how best to do this.

We focused on developing a number of interactive, sports-themed zones accessible to all ages. The largest of these involved 20 ping-pong tables, brand ambassador hosts, a robot for Beat-The-Robot challenges, and Olympic athletes for coaching, masterclasses, exhibitions, and Beat-The-Pro competitions with prizes. A photography zone was set up and integrated into social media for a prize draw.

Andrew – your team are an absolute credit to your business. Their organisation, energy and enthusiasm is second to none. I really appreciate the effort required to run this event at such short notice.

TESCOOff-Site & Team BuildingTesco’s data analytics division Dunnhumby required something completely different for their end of year company update. Requirements included a private venue (with a twist) for an all-day 150 person conference, full AV, breakout rooms, space for activities, and evening dinner and entertainment.

We produced the first ever conference to be held at Bounce, London. Dry hire meant sourcing of furniture, AV, tables, cutlery, and so on. We facilitated break-out sessions with professional speakers, then we managed a 150 person teams tournament complete with MC, hosts, umpires, Beat-The-Boss comps, exhibition matches, and a World Cup round-robin. Cocktails, pizzas and a DJ provided additional atmosphere.

Brilliant job! From the venue choice to the attention to details elsewhere, your team provided first-class service throughout the planning and at the event
