Fun Facts about Bella: the Fusilier’s Johnny, Paola and Bella A few highlights of 2012: We adjusted to having a little one in the house and not sleeping much. Johnny started drinking coffee. We started getting more sleep. Johnny still feels the need to drink lots of Starbucks. Bella had surgery and proved to be a little trooper. Bella got baptized. Bella started crawling. Paola started chasing her around. Johnny spent his summer teaching leadership skills to youth in West Dallas. Paola worked and hung out with Bella. We all went to Hawaii and got nice tans. We went to Pine Cove Camp and had a blast. We spent lots of time with amazing friends. We will adjust to having two little ones sometime in May 2013. Bella started crawling and has since been in several baby races. Bella loves standing, but refuses to walk. Bella got her first tooth on her mommy’s birthday and has 4 teeth now. We all agree teething is no fun. Bella loves dancing and bopping her head to the beat. Bella can say mama, dada, bye and ball. WINTER 2012 Greetings! We hope that this letter finds you and your family well. This year has been filled with joy and excitement for our little family! Johnny recently got a job with Mercy Street, an inner city ministry in West Dallas. Johnny will be working as the sports coordinator and continuing school. We have since decided to stay in Dallas for a few more years to gain ministry experience. We are also planning to move to West Dallas some time next year. Paola completed her internship with Mosaic Family Services, counseling victims of domestic violence and abuse. Paola will resume her full-time motherhood and student duties in the spring. Bella had a fun year as well. She spent most of her time playing, eating and sleeping. She loves “reading,” waving, dancing and smiling.
