It is wonderful to be introducing this wine list to you - to celebrate there-opening of Mount Falcon, which has recently been carefully and lovinglyrestored by the Maloney family, Together with the hotel team, we aredelighted to be welcoming you to share their pride in this beautiful and veryunique estate in Ireland.

I have always believed that there is at least one wine out there for everyone(Im still trying to find my one). This list is aimed at finding the right winefor you. To help you in your search:
