WILL STRIPLING

Chief Operating Officer

Will Stripling is the Chief Operating Officer of The H.E. Butt Family Foundation. He joined

the Foundation in 2013. In his current role, he leads the day-to-day efforts of the operating

Foundation. Will’s strategic and operational responsibilities include all HEBFF Facilities,

Canyon Operations, Camping Programs and Services, Shared Services, Risk Management,

IT, and Human Resources.

Prior to joining HEBFF, he worked nine years for the H.E. Butt Grocery Company as the Direc-

tor of Business Development and Pharmacy Supply Chain. His career also included positions

at Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Johnson and Johnson. Will received a Bachelor’s of Science in

1989 from Texas Tech University in Human Development & Family Studies.

Will currently serves on the board for Christian Camp and Conference Association - Texas.

PERRI ROSHEGER

Executive Director of Constituent Relations and Program Evaluation

Perri Rosheger is the Executive Director of Constituent Relations and Program Evaluation.

She joined the foundation in 2004. In her current role, she serves a member of the organiza-

tion’s Executive Team and oversees the Foundation’s fundraising, program evaluation, CRM-

platforms, and guest care services. She is also involved with the foundation’s work around

healthy families and children in San Antonio. Throughout her tenure with the Foundation,

she and her team have helped secure more than $23 million in outside support.

Perri received a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas

Tech University in 1989 with additional graduate and executive education work in religion

and nonprofit professional development.

Currently, Perri serves as a member of the Sustainability Committee for Excel Beyond the

Bell San Antonio, a collective impact effort to ensure San Antonio is a top city for youth to

learn, grow, and thrive.
