TABLE RESERVATIONSPrivate Table Bookings are subject to availability. For Reservations e-mail [email protected]. Clients booking individual tables must arrive before 10pm. Tables during the Christmas period cannot be reserved free of charge. A minimum payment can be agreed and off-set against the price of your Welcome Drinks / Christmas Package. Wilde may wish to take credit card details upon reservation to secure your booking on busy nights.

ROOM RESERVATIONS / VIP BAR / BESPOKE EVENTSAll dates are subject to availability. Bookings are made through our events team. E-mail [email protected] or phone (01) 6764377. Bookings are confirmed with non-refundable and non-transferable 50% deposit payment. A date cannot be held without deposit payment and signed booking contract. Any cancellations after deposit payment will be charged at the full fee. The remaining balance (50%) is to be paid in full, 1 week prior to the event. Some ‘Wilde Extras’, such as additional entertainment, can be added in the week prior to the event, but should be paid in full at least 2 days before the event. Wilde Venue

cannot provide refunds, should a group wish to cancel an event or any individual element of an event for any reason. This extends to reasons of extreme weather conditions. However, if Wilde Venue cancels an event, a refund will be provided. If an element of an event is cancelled by Wilde Venue, a refund will be provided. All ‘Wilde Extras’ are individually priced and subject to availability.

ACCOMMODATION / EVENING MEAL OPTIONSOur offers are with the 5 Star Fitzwilliam Hotel, 4 Star Clarence Hotel and Wagamama Restaurant, Dublin only. Offers are subject to availability and bookings are made by contacting the establishment directly , mentioning ‘Wilde Venue Christmas Offer’ when booking. Wilde Venue can accept no responsibility for bookings with these establishments or any issues that may arise from these bookings. The offer includes free entrance to Wilde Venue for 2 people. A private table can only be guaranteed if arrival at Wilde Venue is before 10pm. The offer also includes 2 Wilde signature cocktails (1 for each of the 2 people).

NEW YEAR’S EVEIndividual tickets to ‘Eyes Wilde Shut’, New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball will go on sale on December 3rd. A limited number of ‘Individual tickets’ will be available for purchase at the discounted price of €15 between December 3rd and December 20th inclusive. Those purchasing Individual tickets after December 20th or after the limited number has been sold, will pay the standard ticket price of €20. Individual ticket bookings cannot be taken prior to December 3rd, nor can individual tickets be reserved. VIP Tables and the Black Room VIP Booking are subject to availability and available from date of issue of this brochure. Tickets are available to book through [email protected] or by a designated ticket-seller at Wilde. Wilde Venue reserves the right to change or cancel the schedule of entertainment listed. Tickets to New Years Eve include prosecco reception. This drink can not be exchanged for another.

GENERALNo food or beverage can be consumed on the premises, unless supplied by Wilde Venue. Wilde Venue operates a strict door policy, which will continue throughout the Christmas period. Wilde is an all-inclusive venue. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Neat dress is essential.
