James brings with him over 15 years of real estate experience in the greater Seattle area. He founded the Stroupe Group and has developed a team of specialized and dedicated urban real estate experts. Previously an architect, he brings a unique perspective to clients with a deep knowledge of the construction industry. Previously, as Assistant Manager of a highly successful real estate office, he was instrumental in helping run the office as well as assisting agents in their own success. He was also a past Member of the Standards of Practice Committee, which set ethics standards above and beyond what is required by law. Currently, Jim is a member of the Grievance Committee for the Seattle King County Association of Realtors, which is a committee for resolving disputes concerning real estate agents.
