Robert Mitchell has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. He began working with

computers when he was very young while employed at his father’s software company. In

1997 Rob formed ASG Information Technologies. He started out working on home machines

and provided break fix support to a few businesses while building computers and server

environments early on.

After a few years the business office moved to Wallingford, Connecticut and in 2003

Rob hired his first employee. Holly answered the phones live, processed billing in a timely

manner to increase cash flow and ASG was off and running. Today, ASG Information

Technologies is a leading authority on Managed IT and Security Support Services for

businesses in Connecticut and the company is currently located in Wallingford, CT and has

recently expanded it’s business to Boca Raton, Delray Beach areas of south Florida.

Rob was born in Connecticut and currently lives in Wallingford with his wife of over

20 years and their two children.
