Holston Gases is one of the nation’s largest independent suppliers of gases, equipment and supplies for manufacturing, medical, laboratory, and food industries. We don’t just sell industrial gases and supplies, we partner with our customers to help them become more efficient, reduce expenses, and help them increase production.

Through our wide network of locally-managed distribution centers, our customers have immediate access to quality industrial gases, welding & industrial supplies, equipment and safety products from the finest lines in each industry served. Customer needs are fulfilled through our investment of millions of dollars in state-of-the-art equipment, a large fleet of well maintained delivery vehicles, and over 300 courteous, well trained employees.

Quality and safety are top priorities at Holston Gases. Our Knoxville, TN headquarters contains a training center, laboratory for gas mixture analysis, cylinder testing center, and our automated fill plant. Efficiency, safety and repeatability gained from these systems allow us to offer our customers quality products that are affordable.

CYLINDER GASESAnalytical Services Staff engineers will perform a complete inspection and analysis of customer processes to determine how inefficiencies and wastecan be reduced. Surveys are availablefor large and small production sites. Significant savings are commonly achieved and production throughput increased.

WELDER TRAININGOur certified welding instructors and welding engineers offer state-of-the-art training for our customer’s employees. Training can be done on-site or at our training center in Knoxville, TN.

PRODUCT & SAFETY TRAININGWell trained employees are more efficient, and Holston personnelare available to train employees in the proper use of the productsand equipment used in their organization. Safe operation training and general safety procedures help our customers in their compliance efforts. Training can be done on-site or at our training center in Knoxville, TN.

WELDER REPAIRHolston Gases has three repair centers positioned throughout ourservice area. We are warranty repair centers for Miller Electric, ESAB, Hypertherm, Hobart, Lincoln Electric, Thermal Dynamics and O.T.C. products. Contact your local distribution center for warranty service.

CYLINDER TESTING &RE-QUALIFICATIONHolston operates a DOT approved high & low pressure testing and re-qualification facility in Knoxville, TN. Customers may request cylinder testing through their local distribution center.

HOLSTON GASESdistributes a complete line of industrial, medical, and specialty gases through our strategically located distribution centers. All our fill plants are Board of Pharmacy licensed and approved for medical gas production by the FDA. Fully equipped production facilities are located in Knoxville, TN, Louisville, KY, and Decatur, AL. However, we also fill selective gases in all of our distribution centers. Our inventory of over 125,000 cylinders are in full regulatory compliance and we provide on-site storage vessels for customers requiring bulk forms of gas products.

Our distribution arrangements with over 1000 vendors provides our customers a diverse source of quality products to help them compete in an ever-changing environment. Each facility contains a product showroom and warehouse to inventory common products used in their local markets. Chances are, if you need something, we have it in stock.
