It is important to us to provide quality assurance and design assistance. Our TerraTex® geotextiles comply with public and private specifications. Our TerraGrid® punched-and-stretched aggregate confinement geogrids are of the highest quality. As part of our technical support, we offer a straightforward design methodology. We assist engineers in reducing project costs by using geogrid to bridge over soft subgrades, reduce pavement structural sections, and extend pavement life. Hanes Geo Components manufactures several erosion and sediment control products: ScourStop® transition mats, Inlet Pro® sediment bags, and TerraTex® dewatering bags. We manufacture and distribute a large and broad variety of silt fencing: pre-staked, wire-back, logo-printed, DOT, “super silt fence,” lathe, pocketed, etc.

We have expanded our stormwater structures line to include underground storage, retention/detention, and treatment systems.

To increase our service capabilities, we have acquired Canada’s Terrafix Geosynthetics Inc., a market leader and geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) manufacturer.

• All geotextiles can be certified by lot and roll numbers, including QC test data, printing, and labeling.

• TerraTex geotextiles are compliant with AASHTO’s NTPEP (National Transportation Product Evaluation Program).

• We have done extensive in-ground, third-party geogrid testing – validating our geogrids’ abilities to provide performance in both surfaced and unsurfaced trafficked structure applications.

• Hanes is an active member of the Geosynthetic Materials Association in its development of a geogrid specification for subgrade stabilization applications for AASHTO.
