Language The official Language of the Conference will be English. Simultaneous translation in Bahasa Indonesia will be available for oral presentations at plenary sessions.

Shuttle ServiceDaily scheduled shuttle service from RT8 venue to official hotels will be provided for all participants and accompanying persons. The schedule will be available at the lobby of the conference and at each official hotel.

Registration Fees

As the work of RSPO is essentially supported by its members, they receive discount registration fees. Fees have remained unchanged for 3 years now as we wish that fees should not be a barrier to anyone keen to participate. Early Bird and regular fees are as follows:

Neither the RSPO nor theconference secretariat shall beliable for delay or failure toorganize the conference if suchdelay or failure is due to fire,earthquake, flood, adverseweather, strike, labor dispute,war, government order, riot,revolution or any other causebeyond the reasonable controlof the two organizer or eitherthem.

Cancellation Policy

The conference Secretariat must be notified by email or fax of any cancellations or participants substitutions

Cancellation before August 31, 2010: 100% refund

Cancellation before September 30, 2010: 50% refund

Cancellation after September 30, 2010: NO REFUND

All payments of refunds will only be made after the closing of the conference.
