Fervit è nata nel 1962 e, da allora, opera nel settore della commercializzazione di articoli di viteria, bulloneria ed altra minuteria. L’azienda ha avuto una continua crescita, risultato di un approccio professionale che si basa sulla capacità di soddisfare tempestivamente ogni esigenza del cliente in termini di gamma e di servizio legato alla fornitura del prodotto: lo staff tecnico e commerciale è in grado di suggerire sempre le soluzioni più efficaci.

Fervit was born in 1962 and, since then, has been working in the industry of distribution of articles of fasteners. The company has had a continuous growth, thanks to a professional approach based on the ability to satisfy every request of the customer at the right moment in terms of range and service related to the supply of the product: the technical and sales staff is able to suggest the most effective solutions every time.

Fervit has two operational centers, Modena e Reggio Emilia, with the purpose to guarantee a great coverage of territory and a service of proximity for its customers.

From 50 years Fervit is a point of reference in the supply of fasteners through an efficient and reliable service.

Fervit, deeply rooted in its own territorial context and with a strong industrial vocation, is a sure partner for the most important manufacturing groups operating in different industries, able to answer to their demands in terms of range of products and supply in the different forms, traditional and not conventional.

Da anni Fervit è in grado di fornire la propria gamma di prodotti standard e speciali secondo modalità di fornitura non convenzionali, tra cui il kan ban.

Il kan ban è una modalità di fornitura che rientra nelle modalità di produzione just in time, le quali prevedono che i componenti necessari per la produzione arrivino nella quantità necessaria ed al momento necessario. Gli obiettivi sono la riduzione delle scorte, il miglioramento della qualità del prodotto, il recupero di flessibilità nei confronti dell’andamento della domanda.

Lo strumento che governa questo sistema di produzione è il appunto kanban.

Il kanban è un sistema di informazione per il controllo delle quantità da fornire o produrre in ciascuna fase di lavoro.

Il kanban fisicamente è un cartellino che accompagna i contenitori con i prodotti, corredato da una serie di informazioni quali:-il nome del prodotto -il suo codice identificativo La lettura del cartellino segnala l’avvenuto consumo del prodotto e la necessità di ripristino della quantità di materiale utilizzato in produzione.

Il kan ban è una modalità di gestione

Il servizio kan ban può prevedere la fornitura del prodotto al cliente secondo le tre seguenti modalità:- KAN BAN a magazzino del cliente- KAN BAN al magazzino di reparto- KAN BAN direttamente sulle postazioni di lavoroFervit dispone di uomini e mezzi capaci di studiale la modalità di servizio kan ban che meglio risponde alle specifiche esigenze del clienteLo studio del modello di KAN BAN specifico per il cliente prevede le seguenti fasi:•Determinazione delle referenze trattate dal cliente•Determinazione delle frequenze di consegna•Determinazione delle quantità KAN BAN e dei numeri KAN BAN•Individuazione delle Infrastrutture necessarie e/o disponibili (Scaffali – cassette – etichette)•Logistica Fervit verso il Fornitore•Eventuale logistica interna al fornitore•Monitoraggio evoluzione dei consumi

Il processo KB Fervit la definizione e lo sviluppo dei seguenti aspetti:

•Sistemi e modalità di comunicazione con sistema HW e SW del cliente•Sistemi e modalità di comunicazione esterni con HW e SW Fervit•Sistemi di comunicazione cassetta vuota / cassetta piena•Sistemi di garanzia della qualità ridondante in entrata e uscita•Garanzia stock in magazzino Fervit delle referenze oggetto della fornitura in kanban mediante definizione di scorte di sicurezza, punti di riordino e livelli di riordino.

Kanban is a form of supply that reenters in the just in time production processes, which foresee that the necessary components for the production arrive in the necessary quantity and to the necessary moment. The objectives are the reduction of the stock, the improvement of the quality of the product, the recovery of flexibility towards the demand of the market.

The tool that governs this system of production is kanban.

The kanban is a system of information for the control of the quantities to supply or to produce in every phase of process.

Physically the kanban is a label that follows the containers with the products, including the following information:- name of the product- code of the product- stocking position- capacity of the container

The reading of the label signals happened consumption of the product and the necessity of restoration of the quantity of material used in production.

Kanban is a way of management

The service kanban can foresees the supply of the product to the client according to the three following formalities:- KAN BAN at customer main warehouse- KAN BAN at customer production department- KAN BAN directly at the isle of workFervit has men and means able to study the form of kanban service that answers better to the specific demands of the client.The study of the model of specific KANBAN for the client foresees the following phases:• determination of the items purchased by the client• Determination of the frequencies of delivery• Determination of the quantities KANBAN and of the numbers KANBAN• Determination of the necessary infrastructures available (shelves., containers. labels) • Supply chain Fervit to supplier• Eventual supply chain inside the supplier• Control evolution of the consumptions

The KANBAN Fervit includes the definition and the development of the followings aspects:• Systems and forms of communication with system HW and SW of the client• Systems and forms of communication external with HW and SW Fervit• Systems of communication empty containers / full containers• Systems of guarantee of the redundant quality in entrance and delivery• Guarantee of stock in the warehouse Fervit of the references included in kanbon supply through definition of safety stocks, order points and levels.

Thanks to the its long experience in fastening, Fervit is able to supply to its customers on drawing items, in different sizes, materials and treatments, special and turned articles.
