Improving billing process with Invoice Approvals

Vision 7.1 speeds up the billing process with an all-new Invoice Approval system that allows your organization to process invoices for submittal and approval, all within the Vision platform. Within this functionality, users in the ‘biller’ role can submit invoices for approval, at which point designated ‘approving users’ can preview the invoice, review the detail, edit the labor and expenses and even provide comments. The ‘approver’ also has the capability to approve or reject invoices as needed.

Driven by alerts, Vision 7.1’s Invoice Approval system allows Accounting Managers, Senior Executives and employees to speed up the invoicing process and capture all relevant information within a single, integrated platform.
