For more than 12 years we've been an AAA Approved Auto Repair Shop and each year AAA polls over 200 of our customers to see how we are doing. We're very proud to report that last year we earned a 100% satisfaction and recently AAA picked up another batch of our records for the 2015 survey and once again we scored 100%.

To maintain the status of a AAA Approved Auto Repair Shop the shop must at least produce a 90% rating, so we must have been able to achieve this or better in the past, but our goal is to consistently achieve 100% every year and the only way that we can do that is by providing a great service for our customers, and we are committed to doing just that.

To assist us in this ever changing and evolving automotive repair industry we utilize the latest Mitchell1 shop management and repair software for both estimating repair times and part costs, and purchase and update the very latest in diagnostic communication scanning tools and equipment to not only access vehicle information systems to properly diagnose and service multiple vehicle brands but do so in an efficient and effective manner.

We are fully equipped to handle all domestic automotive and truck repair and maintenance applications including routine servicing such as factory scheduled services and oil services to even the most complex electrical and computer diagnostics. We are fully capable of repairing any and all mechanical and electrical issues on all makes and models.

Foreign vehicles are not foreign to us! We've been performing all types of repairs on foreign vehicles for over 30 years and no matter where your car comes from whether it's from Japan, Korea or any other place in the world we have the experience and expertise to service them properly.

The European brands are a little bit different, if you don't understand German engineering and the new technologies that are introduced each new model year you'll simply be lost. We not only have the experience in this area but we also have the tools, equipment and software to competently maintain and repair all European makes and models.

I began my career in the fleet maintenance field and fully understand the importance of businesses keeping their fleet vehicles on the road.
