What is RUSU?• RUSU = RMIT University Student Union

• RMIT’s only 100% student run organisation – run FOR students BY students. • Governed by annually elected student representatives who comprise the Student Union Council. • RUSU is made up of many student run departments: Activities Dept, Clubs and Societies Dept, International Student Dept, Student Rights Dept, Environment Department, Welfare Department, Education Department, Post-Graduate Department, Queer Collective, Womyn’s Collective, RMITV & Catalyst Magazine.

• Head to info counter re: student rights advice and bookings, event tickets, general info on RMIT or external services, RUSU merchandise or if you’re lost.

• Compass Drop-In Centre – for support and advice when you’re not sure where to turn (Bld 8.3)

• Student Rights – Professional staff who can assist with issues such as Special Consideration, Appeal Against Assessment, Plagiarism and other issues. Booking necessary – visit RUSU info counters!

• RUSU Realfoods – organic café in City Campus Cafeteria that offers QUALITY food at affordable prices.
