How do I check the balance on my card?• When you board the bus and tap your card, the PRESTO

fare payment device will display the transaction fee foryour ride, the remaining balance and transfer time

• By using one of the PRESTO balance checker devices at any GO Train Station in Mississauga or at the City Centre Transit Terminal

• Via the PRESTO website or Call Centre

2. Set a fare typeYou can save by setting your card to pay a fare type, suchas Youth or Senior, at the following locations:

• The MiWay Fares Booths at Islington Subway Station orthe City Centre Transit Terminal

• The Square One GO Bus Terminal• Any GO Train Station• Mississauga Community Centres

Please be prepared to show proof of age and/or enrollmentwhen boarding the bus.

After setting a fare type, PRESTO cardholders can confirmthey are being charged the correct fare by monitoring theirtransactions.
