SHARON STONE'S UNWIND THERAPY:Good Bath, yoga, colouring books
CELEB TALK
➤ Go and take a shower or have a really good bath. Why not pull up a yoga mat? How about painting, drawing or colouring in? I have a bunch of colouringbooks on a table with some big jars of pens andpencils. I sit and do those all the time. I do themwith my kids or with a friend and I find it to be areally nice way to centre myself while we're talk-ing. It's very calming
➤ It's extraordinarily important that we all look afterour mental health, especially now with this pan-demic. This time has been very difficult for every-one because people are losing everything that theyidentify themselves with. When people lose theirsense of self, they lose their sense of steadinessand that becomes a dangerous thing

he Trump administration threw the pres-idential transition into tumult on Mon-day, with President Donald Trump block-ing government officials from cooper-
ating with President-elect Joe Biden's team. Thedevelopments castdoubt on whether thenation would witnessthe same kind ofsmooth transition ofpower that has longanchored its democra-cy. The Electoral Col-lege is slated to for-mally confirm Biden's victory on Dec 14 and theDemocrat will be sworn into office in late Jan.So, what's next? We analyse the scenarios...
Fact: No presidenthas ever refused toleave the office in the past;so the next steps would betotally unprecedented
X-PLAINED
SCENARIO 1: Trump may choose to take the election result to theSupreme Court, who would then decide what to do —although, there isno guarantee that they would agree to look at the caseSCENARIO 2: He may claim that the postal voting has led to votingfraud, and if he was able to provide them with evidence, then the SCwould launch an internal inquiry. If voting fraud was found, then the SCmay choose to allow him to serve a second term, or will call for re-polls
SCENARIO 3: If no voting fraud is found, or if the SCturns down Trump’s case, and he refused to accept aDemocratic win and hunkers down in the White House, then he will be forcibly removed by the militarySCENARIO 4: Biden could direct federal agents toremove the current president from the WhiteHouse forcibly

Holidays are all about fun, frolic and enthusi-asm, and that was what my recent vacationtrip to Nainital - The City of lakes, was all
about. I had heard that Nainital is a beautiful placethat leaves one awestruck. The place brings onecloser to nature and it surely left me mesmerisedwith its breathtaking beauty.
We got up quite early that morning and after a 7-hour-long drive from Chandigarh we finally reachedNainital. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel amidst thegracious hospitality by the warm staff and delectablefood there. A long walk at the Nainital Mall Roadoffered a picturesque view of the Naini Lake. A visit toNainital Zoo was really the best attraction for a wildlifelover like me. The high altitude, well maintained zoo ishome to numerous animals and birds. Itwas a great learning experience as Isaw a wind turbine there and learntabout its working. After Nainital, wemade our way to the Land of Roars andTrumpet – Jim Corbett National Park. The huge national park stretch-es over a vast expanse sup-porting diverse animal and plantspecies. It is a perfect place toexperience adventure by spotting
endangered animals and varied fauna and flora. After arefreshing cool dip in the resort’s swimming pool wewent on a pre-booked safari. The biggest attractions ofthe Jim Corbett Reserve are the Bengal tigers andAsiatic elephants, but I wasn’t lucky enough to catch asight of any of them. As we moved into the thickrugged forest in open jeeps, I experienced the beautyof lush green forests and wilderness while spottingdeer, monkeys and peacock. A number of rivulets criss-crossed through the park; it was indeed a tryst withnature. It was simply an awesome experience enjoyingthe serene ambience of Uttarakhand, as we kept ourcameras ready to capture the scenic beauty and thelovely moments spent together with family. The pictur-esque hills, the pleasant weather, winding hill road andtall pine trees kissing the azure sky are enough reasonsto call this a perfect holiday filled with lots of fun.
