About the
RESEARCHThis research examines what the brightest graduates want from their future career. It looks at the attributes they seek in an employer, their perceived career barriers and how they approach the application process.
What do the brightest graduates want? is the result of an online survey conducted in December 2016 and January 2017 by Bright Network’s in-house market research team.
All those surveyed are Bright Network members and current students at UK universities, graduating in 2017 or later. Where relevant, data is segmented by gender, graduation year, ethnicity and educational background. All percentages are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
