Welcoming newly-ordained minister at Knox PresbyterianRev. Jay Song is welcomed by Rev. John Ferrier, a former minister of Knox Presbyterian, as Rev. Bob Wilson looks on at left, during the ordination service for Song on September 18 at Knox Presbyterian Church. Rev. Song was called by the congregation to serve as their full-time minister, so the ordination and induction ser-vice was held by the Presbytery of Assiniboia to formally install him as the new minister. Clergy from other churches were also present for the service.

The McNeils to entertain at the Wheatland Centre
The McNeils will enter-tain during the next Tues-day afternoon dance at the Wheatland Senior Centre, set for September 29.
The following are the results of games from Sep-tember 11 to 17: Winning in bridge on Friday was Lucie Nickel in first, Reg-gie Franks took second and Chris Diemert placed third. Winning in bridge on Mon-day was Harry Schiller in first, Linda Kot took second and Erskine Sandiford fin-ished in third place. First in trump whist was Marie Marcotte, followed by Basil Holyer in second and Ray Boucher who finished third.
Taking first in hi-low whist were Connie and Ray Boucher, followed by Norma Lohse and Lorraine Tytlandsvik in second, and Roger and Marie Marcotte tied for third with Marge and Leonard Schultz. Canasta was won by Marlene Szcze-cinski in first place, Arvella Soroka took third and Anne Gutzke finished third.
In kaiser, June Matters and Annie Balzer finished first, Eva Morley and Harry Schiller placed second and Agnes Tumback and Alice Schneider took third.
In Thursday crib, Connie and Ray Boucher took first place, Shirley Hubbs and Pat Buttner took second and Coral Schindel and Lorraine Madsen was third place.
During a shuffleboard game on Sept. 11, Agnes Tumback and Tom Schutz took first, Melba Bent and Pat Schutz placed second and Doreen Leslie and Ed Bartlett finished in third place. During a shuffleboard game on Sept. 18, Agnes Tumback and Earl Berard took first, Shelia Greiner and Dahlton Lewis placed second and Ione Ernst and Marie Marcotte placed third.
During a bridge tourna-ment, George Gillies and John Whitell took first, Kathy Hoffart and Janice Wil-son took second and Annie Gaston and Reggie Franks finished in third place.
