The Resort is situated along a private, 1,200-foot-long white-sand beach along the shores of Great Cruz Bay. Additionally, the Resort features a host of lush, tropically landscaped outdoor function areas, as well as a stunning indoor function space, including a 3,500-square-foot ballroom for larger weddings. For more intimate events, the Resort also offers use of its charming, Caribbean-style gazebo overlooking the bay.

Located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Resort is the perfect getaway. It features 47 acres of spectacular property overlooking the bay, with 174 guest rooms and suites, all with Heavenly Beds™, Heavenly Baths™, in-room safes, cable television with pay-per-view movies, two dual-line phones with high speed internet access, private voice mail, data port, refrigerator, coffee maker and in-room complimentary coffee and tea. For guests who prefer all the comforts of home, the Resort also offers hillside vacation villas and townhouses featuring a fully equipped kitchen, separate conversation areas, and panoramic bay views.

M usic & E ntertainmentViolinist ~ classically trained on more then one instrument with countless hours on stage performing styles ranging from jazz to rock, classical to calypso. This artist has performed hundreds of Weddings on both the guitar and violin and has a special talent for dealing with the concerns of couples that want their day to be one to remember. Rates start at $425 per hour.

Flutist ~ a versatile musician who has called the Caribbean home for 20 years. RCG trio is an all-purpose band with keyboards, sax, drums, and vocalist. Samba combo plays tropical jazz and Latin rhythms. Steppin’ Out will bring you foot tapping Big Band and Swing music. For rhythm and blues classics listen to the Jazzy Blue Band and for familiar classical themes utilizing flutes and guitars Classical Music is a great choice. This artist is a popular choice among many Brides & Grooms seeking a Solo Flutist. Solo Rates start at $425.00. Duo Rates start at $800.00. Band Rates start at $3,000 for 3 hours.

Vocalist/Guitarist ~ a thirty-year veteran of the music industry. Musical formats range from Jimmy Buffet, James Taylor, Rock n’ Roll, Latin, Calypso, Jazz to light Pop. His guitar playing and vocals are sure to be an exciting part of any party. This band ranges from solo to a 4-piece band. The artist’s talents have made him a popular venue for Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions. Solo Rates start at $425 per hour. Band Rates start at $3,000 for 3 hours.

TNT Band is a professional event band and a top choice for corporate groups and wedding parties coming to the Caribbean. TNT is a three-piece band consisting of a female vocal, keyboard, and guitar. The band has developed a wide repertoire of songs ranging from Top 40’s, Jazz to Salsa. Ask your Wedding Consultant for information regarding the four-piece band option. Rates start at $3,000 for 3 hours.

AH-WE is a nine-piece band. With horns, keyboards, vocalists and more, this band can get your party started. Calypso, Reggae, they can do it all. Pair them up with the Caribbean Ritual Dancers (see description) and your guests will be thoroughly entertained. Rates start at $3,300 for 3 hours.

Cool Sessions – St. John party band. Just sit back, listen and enjoy the smooth vocals backed by a big ensemble band or let the music make you jump-up and dance. Rates start at $3,300 for 3 hours.

Pan and Keys is a duo consisting of keyboards and steel pan. A perfect addition to a welcome reception for that “Hello and Welcome” – Caribbean-style. Add a vocalist and the party will sure be a hit. Rates start at $750.00 per hour.

DJ’s ~ We also have many DJ’s to select from. For some soft dinner music to disco to the newest songs, each can help create a great atmosphere as well as serve as a Master of Ceremonies. Rates start at $425.00 per hour.

Caribbean Ritual Dancers ~ this troupe will delight any group. From the MC to the Fire-Eater/Broken Bottle Walker to the Mocko Jumbies to the beautiful and talented Limbo Show ladies, this is the perfect end (or a perfect beginning) to a wonderful week of fun in Paradise. A very interactive troupe that will entice your guests to experience a bit of the Caribbean culture and take a little back with them. Rates start at $2,700 per one-hour show. (music is in addition)

Getting to St. JohnAirline Service: St. Thomas Cyril E. King Airport has daily non-stop service from the mainland on American Airlines, Delta, US Airways, American Eagle and United. The British Virgin Islands: Visit Her Majesty’s Treasures. Swim in the world famous Baths of Virgin Gorda and snorkel in the caves of Treasure Island. Recommended time: Full Day.

Jost Van Dyke Sail/Snorkel Trip: Visit the Island that has long been a legend among sailors. Visit Foxy’s World Famous Beach Bar, snorkel at Sandy Cay, relax at White Bay and visit the Soggy Dollar Bar, home of the Painkiller. Recommended time: Full Day.

Sailing and Snorkeling: Treat your group to a peaceful day on the ocean. Sailing, snorkeling, snacks and open bar are all included to enhance their Caribbean experience. Recommended time: Half day sails are available.

Parasailing: Caribbean fun at its best. The latest state of the art design in parasailing. All landing and takeoff’s are soft and dry. No age limit or skill required.

Golf: Mahogany Run in St. Thomas offers a spectacular 18-hole golf course. A variety of golf tournaments can be arranged. Green fees and cart fees vary depending on the time of year. Additional information available upon request.

Deep Sea Fishing: All Aboard! Enjoy the sun and sea as your group fishes for the big one. The captain will make this an event to talk about long after the meeting is over. Maximum of 6 people per vessel. Half and full day excursions available.

Nauti Nymph: Away from the crowd! Design your own personal itinerary and explore the beauty of the islands at your own pace. Boats feature full bimini tops, large cushioned sun platforms, built-in ice coolers, VHF radio, Coast Guard approved safety equipment and navigational charts. You’re in charge to create your own version of the perfect day in Paradise. Captains are available also.

Scuba Diving: Choose from a variety of diving opportunities. Discover Scuba for the beginners. One and two tank Reef dives for the experienced divers. Proof of certification is required for all dives other than discover scuba.

Tennis: We have 6 artificial surface tennis courts on property. All courts are lighted for night play. Court use is complimentary.

Reef Bay Trail: One of the most popular programs the national park offers is the Reef Bay Hike. A moderate three-mile downhill trail passes through moist forest and cactus woodland before reaching the shore. Hikers stop along the way to observe petroglyphs and sugar-mill ruins. For a small fee, a boat will take you back to Cruz Bay. This tour is offered by the National Park, times may vary, and reservations are required.

Personal Watercraft Excursions( Waverunners): Guests are invited to join our staff on an exciting sightseeing tour on their own personal watercraft. Our guided tours will lead to beautiful Islands off the East End of St. Thomas and Southwest St. John.

Wedding Cake WorksheetNo matter how big your Wedding is, it won’t be complete without the Wedding Cake! The design and flavor should reflect the style of the wedding as much as a couple’s taste. Choosing your baker is an important task that we’ve done for you. Our Baker is a Pastry Artist who is well known throughout St. Thomas and St. John for delectable baked goods and wedding cakes.

Finding the perfect wedding cake is only a few bridal catalogs, web sites and cake books away. Once you have found a photo of the Wedding Cake of your dreams, send it along with this completed form to your Wedding Consultant who will give you a price estimate and place your order. Due to the heat and humidity in St. John, there are certain pastry techniques that are not conducive to these conditions. If a request is made that can not be duplicated, our Pastry Chef will suggest an alternative product or technique.
