Whole. Directors who are not members of the Board Committee may attend and participate in the meeting as a Committee Of The Whole. Actions taken pursuant to the agenda,
whether taken by the Board Committee or the Committee Of The Whole, shall be deemed to be recommendations for Board consideration and possible action at a subsequent meeting of

1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Any person may address the Committee upon any subject within Western's jurisdiction, which is not on the agenda, at this time. However, any non-agenda matter that requires action will be referred to staff for a report and action at a subsequent Board meeting. Any person may also address the Committee on any agenda matter at the time that matter is discussed, prior to Board Action.
2. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial and are to be acted upon by the Board at one time without discussion. If any Board member, staff member, or interested person requests that an item be removed from the Consent Calendar, it will be moved to the first item on the Action Agenda.
A) Approval of December 23, 2014, Community and Government Affairs Committee Meeting minutes.
3. ITEMS TO BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA (If any) In accordance with Section 54954.2 of the Government Code, upon determination by a two-thirds vote of the legislative body, or, if less than two-thirds of the members are present, a unanimous vote of those members present that there is a need to take action, and the need to take action arose after the agenda was posted.

4. DISCUSSION ITEMS A) Community Affairs Outreach
I. McKinney Underwood provided an update on the Krieger Grant Program and also
presented a list of grant finalists and non-finalists. II. McKinney Underwood provided an update on the iEfficient Campaign indicating the
outreach campaign will be extended into 2015 to continue with the momentum gained in customer and resident awareness.
III. Sponsorships were reviewed with the committee.

6. DIRECTORS REPORTS
Director Lopez suggested that Western participate in the State of the City event for Corona. Director Dennstedt discussed the Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District initiative
regarding the Murrieta area.
