    IN pursuance of the powel.s in that behalf contained inthe Road Districts Act, 1919-1934, the South PerthRoad Board makes the following by-law relating to theQueen stiect Jetty, to be numbered 4:-

    In this by-law:' 'the Board'' means the SouthPerth Road Board; ''the Jetty'' means the Queen streetJetty.

    No person shall, without the written permissionof the Board first had and obtained, keep moored tothe jetty any boat of more than 12 feet in length foimore than 24 hours at one time nor for more than 24hours in any period of 48 hours.

    WESTERN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT TENDER BOARD.Accepted Tenders.

    The owner or person in charge of any boat shall,on being thereto requii-ed by the proper officer of theBoard, remove his boat from the jetty or from one partto another part. thereof.
