PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Govern-ment Act, 1960, the Moora Shire Council herebygives notice that it proposes to borrow money, bysale of debentures, on the following terms andfor the following purpose: £4,000, for a period offifteen (15) years, at a rate of interest not exceed-ing £5 5s. per cent. per annum, repayable at theMoora Branch of the Bank of New South Wales,by thirty (30) equal half-yearly instalments ofprincipal and interest.

Purpose: Bituminous surfacing of the followingsections of streets in Moora:-
