Purpose and function of job: Under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, the Territory Account Executive directs the sales, merchandising and distribution of Dippin Dots products to retail customers within the territory, ensuring that short and long-term goals for sales volume and profitability are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Duties and responsibilities of this job classification: Sales Identifying opportunities to grow the Dippin Dots brand and expand distribution within your territory Managing a defined territory and developing new business opportunities as needed Solicits new business and develop new accounts Selling, negotiating, and executing business plans within your territory to achieve sales goals Growing base sales and develop new opportunities through maximizing distribution, share of shelf and selling displays at optimal locations within a store Develops and delivers customized presentations regarding Dippin Dots programs and products Developing trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs; providing solutions and guidance related to business opportunities Writing customer orders and recording required sales information Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and rates Partners with sales team to coordinate, communicate, and monitor monthly price changes Accountable to deliver annual territory plan for sales and gross margin Merchandising/Operations Oversee merchandising of orders within territory and assure merchandising standards are executed Executes displays and POS Executes pricing and validates store level/retail pricing Forecast orders for stores Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump Deliver product to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous and accurate manner Develop and coordinate delivery routes in partnership with delivery team as customer base expands

Experience and skills requirements:

Type of prior related experience:

Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferably territory based Previous retail food service sales rep experience preferred.

Skills/abilities/competencies required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good organizational skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret strategic business templates and information. Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs Must be entrepreneurial and willing to help grow a new business Self-motivated and reliable Ability to calculate and analyze figures and amounts such as discount, percentages,

piece price, added operations

Education and certification requirements:

Education level:

High School Diploma required Associates or Bachelor’s degree of relevance preferred or equivalent experience

Certifications, Licenses or special training needed:

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
