The methods used in this study included an online questionnaire sent to KKCC members and focus group interviews with business !"#$"%&'()'*"&+',#-#(.(/'

In November and December 2014, the questionnaire was sent electronically to 462 Kona-Kohala Chamber members and the 01!!1-()2'()01%3#+(1)'-#&'2#+4"%"$'0%13''/'/'/
