Prefer to have one umbrella group as we did have i.e., West End Business and Professional Association (WEBPA)

-- Could we develop a vendor database at group discount rate?-- Local politics/bureaucracy: why vacant commercial properties aren't being developed; involvement of local community groups is slowing progress and inhibiting growth overall along W7 Corridor-- Most people are not Payment Card Compliant even if they think they are-- How to build recognition for the neighborhood in the near city areas and beyond.
