Hello, My Name IsBy Matthew West
Hello, my name is regret;I'm pretty sure we have met.Every single day of your life,I'm the whisper insideThat won't let you forget.
Hello, my name is defeat;I know you recognize me.Just when you think you can win,I'll drag you right back down again,‘Til you've lost all belief.
Oh, these are the voices, these are the lies. And I have believed them for the very last time.
Hello, my name is child of the one true King.I've been saved, I've been changed, I have been set free.“Amazing Grace,” is the song I sing.Hello, my name is child of the one true King.
I am no longer definedBy all the wreckage behind. The One who makes all things newHas proven it's true.Just take a look at my life.
What love the Father has lavished upon us,That we should be called His children.I am a child of the one true King. What love the Father has lavished upon us,That we should be called His children.I am a child of the one true King.
Daughters of the King: Royalty for Real
We all grew up reading the timeless fairy tales like Cinderella, Snow White, or Sleeping Beauty. We loved hearing the enchanted words “and they lived happily ever after.” Little girls fantasize about their one-day Prince Charming, perfect children, and happy futures. But, sometimes life doesn’t turn out quite like our dreams because we live in the REAL world – a world filled with challenges and trials.
But, the truth is we all ARE “princesses”! Once we accept the Lord as our Savior, we become a princess – the daughter of the heavenly Father. We are real-life royalty and being Daughters of the King results in royal treasures through Christ that are much better than anything a fairy-tale princess could imagine. We are loved by the one true King and are promised the greatest “happily ever after” of all.
This is going to be a fun and insightful year as we explore what it means to be
