Release 1—In More Detail:Who are the Release 1 users? Who will be trained?•All Supervisors and Managers•Resource Databank Maintainers
–From GAIN, ICCM, Fiscal, Child Care, IT, Human Resources–Total users = 369 (this is 18 % of C-IV’s total users in Riverside)
•Courses include:–System Navigation–Security Rights Administration–Office Administration–Resource Databank Administration
•Courses range from 6-9 hours each•Training team just completed testing of these training courses, using individuals from all four counties.

Line Staff Demonstrations were held from August-November of this year.
• Over 1171 staff attended sessions in all offices
• Half of attendees had heard of C-IV only 1 or 2 times
• Only 33% had visited the C-IV Website
• By the end of demo, 99% said they understood what C-IV was

• A guide to:-Prepare County Staff for successful implementation of the C-IV system-Help Managers and Supervisors describe process changes to members of their team
• Guides will be distributed October 2003, two months prior to R1 training.
• Guides will be distributed by Managers or Supervisors.
• Supervisors will receive CDGs in Leadership Series III. Communication

The Internet/Intranet Survey
• The Internet/Intranet Navigational Skills Surveys were distributed during line staff demonstration meetings – Some staff members have not completed a survey
• Goal: To identify all staff who should take the basic Internet/Intranet Navigational Skills training, we need to collect surveys from all Students.
• Coaches will collect the missing surveys and return them to their Training Coordinator, Rocio Aguiniga.

1. Locate your name on the Survey Follow-Up list.2. Count the number of team members you have on the list,
take that number of surveys with you today3. Distribute surveys to all your team members who are on the
list.4. Explain to your team members the purpose of the survey
and how to complete it.5. Return the surveys to Tena Wallner,
• Using Green routing slip, check Program Technology.• If using inter-county mail, at Mail stop 3720.
6. All surveys must be returned by February 14th.Thank you!!!
