Welcome to the BMC Online Promotional catalog.Following is a brief tutorial of the operational functions of the store and answers to some FAQS.

When entering the promotional products online catalog, you will arrive on the home page for the store. Products are sorted into categories and subcategories and can also be

searched by keyword. When you choose a category from the list of choices on the left, you will be taken to the optional subcategories within.

When you select the subcategory, you will be taken to a list of items related to that category where you will find thumbnails and pricing information for each listed.

Choose any of the products and you will be shown the product detail, color options, decorating option when applicable, and the price and minimum quantity available for order. By selecting order, the items will be placed in your shopping cart. Should you need product assistance, you may select

request product assistance from the product screen and an email will be sent to Brand IQ.

After each product selection, your items are placed into your order. You may either check out or continue shopping for other items. When you have finalized your selections you will be

able to review your order prior to check out and make any necessary changes. Upon shopping completion, select checkout and you will be directed to a final order review to verify items,

quantities, item costs, set up charges, subtotals and the order discount.

After review, select next and you will be directed into the BMC Procurement system where you will complete the procurement process and a PO will be issued and sent to Brand IQ for

processing. As noted, the order total does not include freight or tax. These charges will be billed accordingly on your final invoice. There is no need to increase funds to cover these charges as

they are not considered part of the cost of goods therefore are not required on the PO.

Helpful hints and answers to FAQs:

Production TimeStandard production time on most orders is two weeks however some can be done more quickly. Should you need your order sooner, please note the in hands date on the order. If you like, you may contact me by email or phone and I can verify availability and production time prior to placing the order. Should the item not be available, I will be more than happy to assist you with alternatives that will meet your needs.

Price BreaksThroughout the catalog you will find items with tiered pricing as well as many items that have only one quantity break. The items with only one price break are items that Brand IQ receives special pricing on which we have passed along to BMC. The quantity on these items reflect the minimum order quantity available while the price reflects the lowest possible price for the item for standard catalog quantities, in most cases, this is the 2500 piece price but we are only required to order the minimum quantity to qualify for this price. In addition to special priced items, all orders receive an additional 5% discount upon check out.

DecorationAll items in the catalog will be decorated with the BMC Software logo in the applicable method. Corporate color guidelines will be strictly adhered to and the appropriate colors will be used on items where an imprint color option is not availabl3; e.g. black with white imprint, etc. For apparel items where applicable, options have been added for each product including product color, decoration location, and imprint/embroidery color.

ApparelFor ordering apparel in multiple colors and/or sizes, you will make a product selection for each applicable change. To order the same product in a different color or size, simply select the color and size and input the quantity and add to your order. From the order screen, select add more of this product and make the additional selections for each color or size. Upon each selection your items will be added to your order. The minimum quantity reflected for the product reflects the total minimum of garments on your order and can be any combination of colors and styles; e.g. 12 button down shirts in various colors/sizes + 12 polos in various colors/sizes. Should the total quantity qualify for a price break, the change will be reflected during checkout.

Brand IQ Policies and Procedures Upon processing your order, if there are any questions or concerns, you will be contacted for clarification. If no clarification is required, your order will be entered and a sales order confirmation will be sent to you via email and your order will be placed. Please review this document and respond via email should you find any discrepancies as your order will be in process at this time. On all standard production orders, an eproof will be requested and sent to you via email for approval prior to production. Any changes, corrections, or adjustments should be emailed back to Brand IQ for revision and reproofing. When final proof approval is received by Brand IQ from the client, the order will enter into production and be shipped directly to the address specified on the BMC PO.
