O ART SPECIFICATIONSSTANDARD IMPRINT: Standard imprint colors apply to all products except for EuroBalm and Lens Cleaner

Plus. One standard color on clear thermal printed label at no extra charge. (White label available on some

products.)

Standard colors:

MulTIPlE COlOR, PMS, HAlFTONE, BlEED: (with exception of EuroBalm and Lens Cleaner and Cloth). 1–4

color process on clear or white label is $0.05 (v) per item. Only one set-up charge per design: $50 (v). PMS

matches are not exact, but are close approximates.

IMPRINT GuIDElINES: Most of our products feature an imprint on a clear label, providing an attractive, high-

end look. However, please note that when printing on clear labels the imprint may be slightly transparent. With

some colors, this may cause a slight color shift compared to printing on a white label. The imprint color may also

shift if the container or product inside is colored. Imprint and product color may vary from run to run.

SuBMITTING ARTwORk: To meet production deadlines, art should be submitted with purchase order. Please

email artwork to art@naturaltrends.com, or use the form on the Art Specs page of our website, www.Natu-

ralTrends.com, to upload art. All text in the artwork must be converted to outlines to guarantee it will remain

in the same font style. Natural Trends works in a PC-based workstation environment, therefore we can only

receive artwork in PC formats. If you must compress the artwork in order to email it, use ZIP compression.

We prefer to receive artwork in a vector-based format. The following vector formats are preferred: Adobe Il-

lustrator (.ai) (CS3 or older), EPS, or PDF. The following raster formats are acceptable (high resolution): JPEG,

BMP, GIF, TIFF. To ensure final printing is of high quality output, the resolution must be 300 dpi or higher at

print size. Please contact us with questions or problems. Modifications to art may incur additional charges of

$75 (z) per hour.

Product availability and pricing are subject to change.

SHIPPING/SAMPlES: All orders of sanitizers, sun screen spray, and Insect & Sun, are alcohol-based and ship

UPS domestic ground ONLY in compliance with D.O.T. hazmat regulations. Hazmat regulated products are not

recommended for air transport. We do not provide air or international shipping documents. Drop shipments:

first two included, $15 (z) each additional. Damage shipment claims must be noted with transport company at

time of delivery. Product claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging &

photos required. Samples: no charge in moderate quantities if customer shipper number is provided.

CANCEllATION AND ORDER CHANGE POlICY: Natural Trends provides an order confirmation and layout on

all orders at no cost (limit 3 layouts, then additional charges apply). Changes made after the order confirmation

is signed may affect the scheduled ship date and may incur a $10.00 (z) charge. Change requests made within

48 hours of ship date may not be possible and will incur a $25.00 (z) fee upon approval. Ship To address must

be provided at least 72 hours prior to the ship date approved on order confirmation. Any approval delays may

cause order to ship late. Cancellations after the order confirmation has been signed are subject to a minimum

charge of 20% of the total order.
