TogettoStarfish,gototheMyDrakeportalandfindtheStarfishlinkunderCampusResources.

AfterclickingontheStarfishlinkonmyDrake,oneoftwothingswillhappen.1. IfyouhavenotalreadyaccessedanapplicationusingSingleSign-On,youwillreceivealoginscreen

andneedtoenteryourDrakecredentials.UsernamecanbeeitheryourDrakeID#oryourDrakeemailaddress.

2. IfyouhavealreadyaccessedanapplicationusingSingleSign-OnandenteredyourDrakecredentials,

youwillbetakendirectlytoStarfish(nocredentialentryandloginrequired).

Thenavigationmenu includesaccesstoacustomizableprofileandpersonalizedchannelsthatmakeiteasytoschedulethededicatedtimeyouneedwithyourinstructors,advisors,orotherstudentservicesstaff.Starfishcanalsohelpyoumanagethestepsyouneedtotaketostayontrackandmeetyourgoals.

SetupyourProfileBeginbysettingupyourstudentprofile.Yourprofileletsinstructorsandadvisorsknowwhoyouareandhowtocontactyou.Italsogivesyoucontroloverhowyouwishtoreceiveemails.

1. Openthenavigationmenuandclickyourname,andthenProfiletoopenyourprofile.

Fromhere,youcancustomizeyourprofilebyuploadingaphoto,settingappointmentreminders,andaddingasecondaryemailaddressforreceivingStarfishemails(e.g.yourmobilephone).

2. ThiswillbringuptheRequestHelpform.SelecttheTypeofhelpneededfromthedropdownmenuandgivespecificDetailsonhowstaffcanassistyou.

3. ClicktheSubmitbuttontosubmityourrequestwhenyouarefinished.

MakeanAppointment

1. FromtheMySuccessNetwork,clickthetrianglebesidethenameofthepersonyouwanttoscheduleanappointmentwith,andthenselectSchedule.Ifthepersonhasnotsetuponlinescheduling,theschedulelinkwillnotappearandyoucaninsteadsendanemailtofindatimetomeet.

2. Selectthetypeofappointmentyouwanttoscheduleandchooseareasonfromthelist.

3. Adjustthedaterangeasneededtofinddaysandtimesthatworkforyourschedule,andthenselectatimefromthelist.

4. Completeyoursignupbyadjustinganydetails,suchasdurationorcourse,whereapplicable,andaddadescriptionforwhyyouwanttomeet.

5. ClickConfirmtofinishschedulingtheappointment.YouwillgetanemailwiththeappointmentdetailsandtheappointmentwillbelistedontheUpcomingtab.
