Country Club Memberships

Amenities Available: Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (reserved member tee times all year). Driving Range and Complimentary Range Balls. Clubhouse Pool, Tennis Courts, Fitness Facility, Private Locker Rooms, Card Room usage. Social Events such as a monthly “Member Mixer”, Themed Dining Events for Members and Guests

on a monthly basis, Holiday Buffets – such as Easter and Thanksgiving (members receive preferred seating). A first class New Year’s Eve Gala for Members and Guests.

20% off all Dining in the Palmetto Pub and Sawgrass Dining Room (excludes all alcoholic beverages, beverage cart, snack bar and holiday buffets).

20% off Merchandise in the Golf Shop. In-house account allowing you to charge golf, food, beverages and merchandise. Pawleys Plantation also has very active Men’s and Ladies Golf Associations (available to golf

members only). The Men play every Monday and the Ladies play every Tuesday. There are also other sub-groups that organize additional member play for any members who wish to join.

Full Golf Memberships Pawleys Plantation’s full golf memberships are transferable (after payment of a 10% transfer fee). Full golf members can enjoy all social aspects of the country club as well. Tee times for full golf members can be booked two weeks in advance. Reciprocal play is provided for all golf members with a complimentary Prime Time Honors membership (see page two for additional details).

Family Membership: One-time initiation fee of $2,500 and quarterly dues in the amount of $866.25. Children ages 21 years and younger are included.

Single Membership: One-time initiation fee of $2,000 and quarterly dues in the amount of $577.50. Designed only for those without a spouse or significant other.

Junior Membership: Available to anyone age 34 and under, initiation fee is waived until age 35 (at which time the initiation fee must be paid in full). Requires payment of quarterly dues in the amount of $866.25.

Corporate Membership: Available to any entity with a valid business license. One-time initiation fee of $2,500. Minimum requirement of two individual members, or designees, per membership and a maximum of five individual members. Quarterly dues, per individual total $433.13.

Social MembershipsSocial memberships at Pawleys Plantation have a one-time initiation fee of $1,000. Dues are $418.69 per quarter. These memberships cannot be transferred or re-sold. Social members may participate in a limited number of club golf tournaments. Tee times for social members can be reserved 48 hours in advance.

Range Membership$450.00 annually, pro-rated at $38.00 month. Unlimited use of the practice facility only (excludes golf and all other club amenities).
