1. I'm gathering all the requirements for cb3 admin approval SLAquestionnaire, which one of them is the community outreach. I'm trying to have everything ready for submission deadline which is March 15th for the next hearing on April 15th. 2. A simple of menu is attached. 3. Our full name: Evyatar Lapidot, Matt Rojas, Edward Yau. 4. We have experience of running professional kitchens and restaurants in the last 10 years in New York City. 5. The premises will have a commercial kitchen, it's going to be restaurant and have an existing gas line. 6. We are in the possession of the property, and there was no recent construction.

Also I would like to emphasize that our concept is neighborhood restaurant that will cater to the community with beer and wine.
