Welcome to ej cateringej catering is a vibrant company with 20 years of experience, knowledge and confidence, led by the creative talents of Emma Jenkins.

Emma trained at Cordon Bleu cookery school in London in 1992 and then took off travelling around the world, working in France, Ecuador, Australia, England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Inspired by her life long passion for food and with the strap line ‘stirring the soul’, Emma has set a standard for how catering

should be, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to create dishes that look, smell and taste extraordinary. Although her cooking style is rooted in classical French cuisine, she has been inspired by the foods and sights discovered around the world.

Creating a menu, co-ordinating, staffing and planning an event is as important as the cooking. At ej catering we understand that it’s not merely a statement of the dishes. Our team of professionals use fresh, organic ingredients combined with an energetic and flexible approach that allows us to create a menu that suits your personal tastes.

To us, every client is individual, so attention to detail is all important. We work with small and large numbers and will help you find the perfect venue, create the right look – and turn your ideas into the ultimate event.

FunctionsOrganising a corporate event of any size can leave you with 101 things to do. ej catering has catered up to numbers of 600 and understands all the complexities to make it work and run smoothly. We supply a full service including: supervisors, waiting staff, crockery and cutlery, glass wear, linen, table decorations and wines. We can even assemble kitchens in the back of beyond, believe me we have some stories!

Throwing a party at home can be equally daunting. We work efficiently and effectively, bringing everything we need with us and we always leave the kitchen tidier than when we found it!

The food was amazing and just as good as we had hoped for. Thanks especially for serving the lamb pink, it went down a treat with everyone.

Assiette of desserts

We loved the serving of the desserts on the mirrors. It added extra theatrics which made it different from normal weddings and also added

that personal touch by allowing the guests to choose what they wanted. The desserts looked great and we really liked the additional creative touches that were made to them such as the caramelised crab apple on top of the apple tart, the decorations on the truffles and the colour added to the meringues.”
