located in the hallway with a list of suggested items. Let’s prepare to put smiles on the faces of many Mothers, some who have no one to brighten their special day. We’ll need
the items by Sunday May 1st. Thank you for caring.
TODAY, Catricia Seward will be sharing some
of her international mission experiences with
the entire congregation in the Sanctuary during
the Sunday School hour.
DID YOU KNOW???
The unprecedented influx of 983 returning missionaries and 149 additional staff personnel will put an incredible
strain upon our Baptist system of ministerial employment. Add to this the numbers of recent seminary
graduates, plus conservatively 2,000 unemployed ministers/staff seeking employment nation-wide, and the
numbers become staggering! There are not that many church and denominational positions open for them to fill and assimilation will take time. The normal attrition rate
will not provide the numbers of places needed. In the meantime these missionary friends need and deserve our prayers and assistance as they endeavor to stabilize their
lives.
Welcome New Members:
